woken

coffee was pretty tasty, and I love the idea of decomposable pods. I did have some issues with the pods and my nespresso. There were a few pods that did not puncture correctly. I do not usually have this issue with the original pods, but I still prefer this company to the regular pods.

Swing and a miss

I’ve been trying to find a sustainable easy way to use my nespresso and was excited about woken but, the coffee is weak. I got the sampler and none of them are at the level of the other options for nespresso. After a few seconds the coffee looks closer to water than coffee. For just coffee it’s ok but for espresso not so much

Delicious coffee

Believe it or not, you can have good coffee and be kind to the environment! I tried each of the coffees and each one is bellísima! Highly recommend!

Coffee is great, but....

When the ad said "compostable" I thought it would naturally break down in our compost. What do I have to do so I can add it to my compost bin? After re-reading the ad, it says it takes 90 days, so I suppose it will work. We shall see. If they actually do break down, I'm all on board.

Really great! Wish it was colorful

Tested these out vs my usual espresso to see if I could
make my habits a little greener and was really impressed. Great coffee, and the pods don’t get gross and mushy in the machine before you get the chance to toss them.

My only ask— I really liked how my Nespresso pods made me feel like I had a candy jar on my kitchen counter, and every morning I’d be picking out a special little treat. I don’t doubt that its really hard to get the colors and maintain how compostable the pods are, but I would really love to see woken pods have more color than just the little ring showing their flavor. It would change it from “this is a good product I’ll use” to “this brings me delight every morning”
