MACHINE COMPATIBILITY

What machines are Woken pods compatible with?
Woken pods work with Nespresso® OriginalLine machines, including models like Pixie, Essenza, Citiz, Inissia, Latissima, and more.

Not compatible with VertuoLine, commercial, or built-in models.
Woken Coffee is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nespresso®. Nespresso® is a registered trademark of Société des Produits Nestlé S.A.

Pod not inserting smoothly?
Clear out any used pods. Insert gently but firmly until you feel it click into place.

Why is my coffee brewing a bit slower?
Our compostable paper lid may slightly extend the brew time. A small trade-off for a lower-impact pod.

COMPOSTABLE PODS

Are your pods compostable?
Yes. Our pods are certified home compostable, meeting international composability standards including DIN EN ISO 14855, and certified by DIN CERTCO.

Can I compost them at home?
Yes, our pods are designed to be suitable for home composting systems. Environmental conditions may vary.

Can these go into my city compost bin?
Compost acceptance varies by city. Some facilities accept certified compostable products, others don’t.

What are they made of?
Woken pods are made from plant-based, patented materials and have no aluminum, no conventional plastic and no toxic additives.

Can I throw them in the trash or litter?
No. Do not litter. Compostable items must be properly disposed of in approved compost bins where accepted.

How long do the pods stay fresh?
Woken pods have a 12-month shelf life, thanks to our oxygen-sealed capsule design, no extra plastic needed.

PACKAGING & RECYCLING

Can I compost the box too?
Not yet. Please recycle our boxes in your curbside recycling bin.

Are you working on compostable packaging?
Yes, we’re actively exploring compostable packaging options for the future.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

How does a subscription work?
Get Woken delivered to your door monthly. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account.

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Pause your subscription at any time in your account settings.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Definitely. Cancel anytime, no commitment required.

Will my subscription price change?

As of right now, your price is locked in. However, if any changes to the price take place we will be sure to email you prior.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the continental U.S.

We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
Customers in those states can order Woken on Amazon.

How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 1PM EST usually ship the same day.
Delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is currently free on all orders.

Note: Shipping rates may change in the future. Any updates will be reflected at checkout.

What if my order is missing or damaged?
Please email support@woken.coffee and include a photo of any damage. We'll refund, replace, or issue store credit!

Do I need to return anything?
No returns are required. Just send a photo of the issue and we’ll take care of it.

What is your return policy?

·      Unopened items: Refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

·      Opened or damaged items: Send a photo and we’ll make it right.

·      Trial program orders: First full subscription orders are not refundable once shipped.
