We have some tips and tricks to help you get the best cup of espresso out there!

Step 1: Warm Up Your Machine.

Before you add a woken pod, close the lid with nothing inside your machine.

Put an empty glass the base of the machine to catch the water.

Press the button.

This will help flush out any additional residue coffee left over from past uses and also allow for easier pod piercing.

Step 2: Add Water, But Not Too Much!!

Espresso has so many incredible subtleties, it truly awakens the senses with it's aroma and taste.

We recommend no more than 6 ounces (177 ml) of water per pod.

Why? Because adding water is essential but if you add too much you dilute the flavour and the strength!

Step 3: Get The Milk Right

Using the Aeroccino frother? Try leaving the lid off when frothing.

Also make sure you are using milk that works with your Aeroccino, some milks froth better than others!
