30 Days Risk Free Return Policy

There is absolutely no risk in giving any of our products a try. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we are here to support you. If you’re not completely satisfied with your coffee, even if you have used some of the capsules, you can send it back to us within 30 days of your order for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping fees).

Here is what to do:
    1. Email us your order number at support@woken.coffee to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your return request to be started. We will then email you your RMA to begin the return process, which will include our return address - please send us the unused portion of the product(s).
    2. Once you have the RMA, pay the return postage and send it back to us - we recommend getting tracking numbers to ensure your return arrives to us on time. If you do select tracking, please email us the tracking number so we can process your refund as quickly as possible.
    3. Upon our receipt of your returned product, we’ll refund you to the last penny (not including your return shipping costs or any associated shipping fees from your order), no questions asked!

      **Please note our refund is for products that are purchased at full price. We do not provide refunds on sale items or if you did not cancel your subscription before your card is charged.  
We created our return process to make it a risk-free experience for everyone to try our products, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality product to all our customers. Please allow for adequate shipping time and credit card processing for your refund to issue.
