I don't get the negative reviews about taste. I am an espresso addict and lived abroad in Spain and Italy for years and have high expectations. I find the Woken flavor deep and not overly bitter. I like Nespresso pods but not more than Woken in flavor or depth. I also never owned a Nespresso machine until Woken because I really couldn't stand the idea of the little bits of plastic every single day.

Agree with other reviewers Woken please eliminate all plastic in packaging as well.

Also agree with a reviewer that from time to time a capsule will leak grounds, but I haven't seen it that often and I was still able to use the pod successfully. The composting and flavor far outweigh the occasional convenience IMO?

Thank you Woken because you filled a product need, you're caffeinating me and my family, and reducing plastic waste. That's amazing and I hope you are all successful as a result!

I love everything about Woken, the coffee is great and the fact it recycles at home

Super annoying that to order more than one type of coffee I have to have different subscriptions.
